ESSENTIAL QUESTION #1: How can we collaboratively demonstrate our multifaceted communal understanding of a text in a meaningful, memorable, powerful and authentic way?
ESSENTIAL QUESTION #2: How can we involve each of us and our individual strengths while stretching our skills in analysis, self-knowledge and reflection and other aspects of the 6 Facets of Understanding?
ESSENTIAL QUESTION #3: How can we synthesize connections within The Kite Runner itself (motifs, themes and other authorial choices) and its relationship with current world news, Afghan culture, ethical lenses, historical contexts, Afghan poetry and other parallel stories and texts?
ESSENTIAL QUESTION #4: How can we construct an effective ethical argument?
